I have received a few inquiries regarding the status of Tim’s beard. I can’t answer why he’s growing it, but the children of Gambier certainly are enjoying it. Oddly enough, one of the restaurants has Santa decorations hung up and a couple of the mini-markets sell Santa decor. Sometimes when a young child sees Tim, his eyes will light up, he’ll point and exclaim, “Papa!” This led the Beserras and I to start referring to Tim as Papa Noel.
